1. The vape pen e-cigarette has 1 Year warranty after shipment except for human factors.
2. All the products are strictly checked before packing, ensure the defective rate is less than 1%.
3. In case any defect occurs during transportation or by improper use, we will send you replacements in your next order. In case the defective is over 1%, all the defective products should be returned for replacements.
4. The buyer is responsible for the shipping of returns and the seller is responsible for the shipping of resending replacements.
